Photography plus coding workshop
Substantial media literacy in the field of digital photography also requires at least rudimentary experience in programming. In this workshop, JavaScript skills will be taught, which, in conjunction with the Pixel Machine code example, allow the photo to be broken down into pixels and, on this basis, to program one’s own filters. Can new image aesthetics be developed from experiments with pixel code? And which photo motifs are suitable for the self-programmed pixel effects? In an interplay of photographing and programming, small photo series are created.
